USD $21.00

Brand:Cipla

Nadifloxacin 1% gel is a topical fluoroquinolone antibiotic for the treatment of acne vulgaris. It is also used to treat bacterial skin infections with susceptible bacteria.

It works by inhibiting the enzyme DNA gyrase to prevent bacterial multiplication.

Nadifloxacin inhibits the enzyme DNA gyrase that is involved in bacterial DNA synthesis and replication, thus inhibiting the bacterial multiplication.

Nadifloxacin in addition to determining a therapeutic antibacterial action can have a sebostatic and anti-inflammatory action, thus contributing to the improvement of the clinical condition of the patient.

Description

What is Nadifloxacin 1% cream/gel topical

Nadibact gel is manufactured by a reputable international company Cipla. It contains the main active ingredient Nadifloxacin 1% in a gel base. Nadifloxacin 1% gel or cream is an effective, safe, and well-tolerated topical treatment for patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Histopathological changes after nadifloxacin treatment were well correlated with clinical outcomes. Therefore, nadifloxacin can be used as an effective and safe treatment option in the management of mild to moderate acne.

Nadifloxacin is a new topical antibiotic for the treatment of acne. Only a few studies on its use and effectiveness could be found in the literature. Nadifloxacin may be an alternative to other topical antibiotics and benzoyl peroxide or its use along with benzoyl peroxide may be more effective and rational to prevent possible future resistance.
