Don’t worry — you’re fully protected when shopping with OKDERMO. If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll reship it for free.
However, we must wait 5 weeks from the dispatch date before confirming the package is lost, as delivery delays can sometimes occur.

This method offers limited tracking—you’ll see only the dispatch and final delivery statuses. Intermediate tracking updates are not available. -
EMS Express Shipping
This service is fully trackable online and requires a signature upon delivery.

Tracking Updates Delay
Tracking numbers may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch. This delay depends on the processing time of the postal service, so tracking data may not appear immediately after we email your tracking number.

Parcels typically remain at your local post office for 14 days. If not collected within that time, the parcel is returned to us.

In such cases, we are charged for return shipping and handling—these fees are non-refundable.

Once your parcel enters your country, it is handled and delivered by your local postal service.
For example, in the U.S., delivery is completed by USPS.
