To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Prior to contacting us regarding your order status please try to track your order online using the following services you may see nearby (press on a particular service logotype and it will redirect you to an online tracking website where you will be able to get the most recent information regarding your package).

Do not worry, because you are 100% covered shopping with us – we reship orders for free if they are not delivered (lost during delivery). However, we have to wait 5 weeks from the order dispatch date to make sure your parcel was actually lost and not delayed delivery for any reason.

Kindly note that the International Registered Air Mail shipping method is not always fully trackable and you will be able to see only dispatch and final delivery statuses online, without intermediary tracking checkpoints. EMS shipping method is always fully trackable online and Requires a Signature upon delivery (it is important, please note that).

Tracking numbers are not usually updated immediately but after 1-3 business days, it depends on the workload of the post office’s warehouse, so online tracking data regarding your parcel will appear online not immediately after you received a tracking number from us via email but within the following 1-3 business days.

Kindly note that tracking your order online is a customer’s responsibility, only the customer should check the status of its order online. The parcel may stay in your local post office facility only for 2 weeks (14 days), and if not collected by the recipient (customer) – the parcel is returned back to the sender (it is a general rule for all parcels). If the parcel is returned to our warehouse we have to pay for the return and additional handling of the package (shipping and handling fees are not refundable).

Important note: All international parcels as soon as crossing the border of your country (country of destination) automatically handled by your local national/private post authorities, so means that delivery will be made by your local post service, for example, in the US the final delivery will be made by USPS post service, etc.
