I have been using Retino AC for a few months for acne and layers of skin and ingrown hairs. It is the best topical treatment I’ve ever used. Anyone serious about their skin has to go through the time of having ugly cystic acne come out. The reason some people don’t give it 5 stars is because you breakout initially but if you are educated about skin, then you know you have to break out first for you skin to get better. I have been very depressed because my face got so bad I looked like a different person and still do, but Retino AC is helping me get my face back!

A life changer and I highly recommend it to you. Insurance didn’t cover the cost but it was worth it. I thanked okdermo pharmacy too.

I’m 34. I have very dry skin, but also constantly have hormonal acne around chin and cheeks. Like every week I had a new, huge zit on my cheek to cover. It was so humiliating! I first tried this and stopped using because it dried my face out way too much. Then, out of disgust and desperation I realized ok I have to try to clear this skin. Do NOT apply to your whole face! Only to your problem zones and then only every other night if your sensitive! And I sometimes do every two nights. Also, the key to me is use your moisturizer, then apply this Retino AC over that to the acne areas. Now scarring has faded and I have actual felt smooth cheeks and no zits popping up every other week! I feel hopeful that over time my skin will adapt even more to the product.

For some reason, my acne became uncontrollable after I gave birth to my daughter. I finally went to the dermatologist after quite a few breakdowns. I started Retino-AC in January 2016. This medicine will take about 3 months of purging your skin before it shows how clear your skin will be. Be patient. Yes, it sucks. But it does work 100%. I have before and after if anyone would like to see or has any questions!

Great product! Before trying this I used so many over the counter products, but this left me super clear, I had moderate to severe acne, today I get compliments on my skin almost daily! Try it and it may cause more breakouts in the beginning but its definitely worth the wait. I never write reviews but if this can inspire someone to continue finding a solution to their acne It would leave me feeling more than great. I used to cry daily about it and understand how self torturing it can be. Besides using this product, I also wanted to say I do not eat red meat and try to stay on a strict diet, with no dairy, and gluten free foods. I do eat chicken, fish, etc. I believe this has also impacted my skin greatly. There’s hope trust me I know it’s annoying but with persistence anything is possible!

I have adjusted to the dryness, and my skin is very happy!

Retino AC is great for my mild/moderate acne. I have had acne for many years trying numerous products to help. I was on Isotretinoin and that cleared me up but about a year ago it started to come back. Eventually I went to the dermatologist and they gave me recommendation to buy a Tretinoin+Clindamycin gel topical. I had amazing improvements within a day. Now a few weeks using it my skin is very smooth and now has the chance to heal from previous breakouts. It does not irritate my skin and I only had minor peeling. Others results might vary.

I had started acne on my chin and my forehead and nothing worked ! I was really confused because I always take some much time prepping my skin but this product made my acne leave ! I do have a little more oily skin now because of it making my skin dry but that doesn’t bother me

I have never been so confident with my skin and once I hit that 3 ish month mark my skin has only been getting better. don’t give up, this stuff really works!!

You have to be patient with this gel. It took 5 months of breaking out before my skin was pretty much fully clear. It’s worth the wait. I no longer have to worry about a spot popping up everyday or painful acne spots.

I’ve been using this for about 2 and a half weeks now, I initially broke out significantly but now that has calmed down along with my acne in general. I do still get some small zits here and there but they quickly subside or stay very small. My skin also peeled a lot and has dried up but I can see that gradually improving as well. The scarring has gotten slightly better but I’m liking what I’m seeing so far overall.

I am in my 30’s and have hormonal acne. I have issues with my thyroid and produce too much androgen. Thank goodness for this stuff!!! It took a month or so to work but I’m so thankful not to have cystic chin acne. I have suffered on and off since my teens. Usually always have a few cystic bulbs on my chin, cheeks, or neck. I was supposed to use this gel along with oral antibiotics but they made me too sick so I didn’t use them. This topical did the job for me. I’ve tried so many things.

Work but not strong enough, only 0.025% tretinoin. I bought this product from this site and am happy to see results. It does work but now I am looking for a stronger product because of cystic acne that remains. I bought tretinoin 0.05 now, hope my acne will be cured!

I started it about a year ago and I think it took a total of 4-5 months till I was absolutely free of acne.

Luckily my skin never “purged” with this product and just cleared it up! I was prescribed birth control and retino ac gel for my acne and never even had to start birth control because of the effectiveness of the gel. I haven’t had problems with over drying with the exception of a sunburn that made me peel, just make sure to always wear face sunscreen! It’s worked wonders for my skin!

I’ve used Retino AC for about 3-5 months , but i get lazy so I’ll say like 2 months . I’ve gotten complements abouy that it got better since last year , people will rate me a 7 or 8. If i used it more often , like every night I know it would be much more clearer and you can really see the changes about a week or two but you have to be patient.

I’ve used this medicine for about a week along with a prescribed antibiotic, I have noticed that it is significantly cleared up. But it’s making my face look sunburnt without being in the sun too much. My neck also recently just got really red from halfway up. Overall it’s been decent, peeling, redness, and occasional burning. But, so far I like the results.

My skin responded really well! I did not even have the “get worse before it gets better” stage. I used to have very deep, painful cystic acne all over my cheeks/chin. Now I rarely have more than one or two pimples at a time. And when I do get a pimple it’s small, and goes away quickly. *Be sure to use very mild cleansers and moisturizers while using this treatment. I made the mistake of using another product at the same time and my skin got really red and flaky for a couple days.

You don’t have to torture yourself and use it every night at first. Start slow but keep a schedule. I put it on once a week now. I’m happy I stuck with it!

I was continually breaking out, big ones, small ones, and everything in between. The FIRST night I used the Retino AC gel, I woke up with clearer skin and only one blemish. The second night, same results the following morning. Now after 4 nights of using it, my skin looks great, no pimples at all, my pores are smaller and cleaner….it’s the skin I’ve always wished I had. I did take a. break from using it last night because I noticed some dryness starting but so far everything’s still fine. I love it!

After one and a half months I see great improvement!! I recommend gel, it leaves a nice, smooth finish. I BARELY had an initial breakout, which is uncommon for me. Yes I did break out but nothing worse than how it was before. It is drying so I highly suggest using it every other night and using it as a spot treatment on very dry days. 80% or so of my acne is already clear!

For the longest I have had a problem with breakouts on my face, mostly on my forehead and chin area. However, I must say this gel is the truth! I have been using it for 6 months now, and may have had one breakout in the beginning since I’ve been using it. I’m so glad I gave it a try, my skin looks great and I haven’t had to deal with those sometimes painful acne breakouts.
