It works by decreasing the number of cells that skin makes and regulates the overgrowth of skin cells. It also prevents sunburn and premature aging of the skin. Melanocyl Ointment is strictly advised for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Apply it only on the affected areas of the skin. Always remember to tell your doctor if you have or had any other skin diseases. This medicine is usually not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, a doctor’s consultation is mandatory in such cases.
