Apply it in the quantity as advised by your doctor. Before applying the ointment, the affected area should be clean and dry. It is advised to wash hands thoroughly before and after application of this medicine.

Calcitriol is a man-made form of vitamin D. It is used on the skin to treat plaque psoriasis. This medicine is not a cure.
