What is Capixyl Hair Growth Serum Bontress Pro®
Bontress Pro Hair Serum contains Capixyl, Anagain and Hexaplant Richter that stimulates the growth of hair along with the prevention of hair loss, provides fuller, thicker and healthier hair, and eyelashes. What is Capixyl, the main ingredient of Bontress Pro® Hair Serum
Capixyl is a blend of a peptide, acetyl tetrapeptide-3 (and) extract of red clover. You’d be forgiven for thinking that these are about face creams than hair growth, after all, acetyl tetrapeptide-3 is often marketed as a skin conditioner. As for red clover, it is full of isoflavones, compounds that have antioxidant properties. Well, it is big on one in particular called biochanin A, which is classified as a phytoestrogen. One thing that biochanin A is good at is inhibiting 5-alpha-reductase. Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) – It causes hair loss by shortening the growth cycle, producing progressively shorter and finer hair. DHT is formed by the action of 5-alpha-reductase on testosterone. So keeping 5-alpha-reductase in check is a good thing and biochanin A, does a much better job (according to a study) at this than the potent antioxidant EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) found in tea.
Red clover has another isoflavone compound, formononetin, which has been shown to inhibit the activation of the protein caspase-8 and decrease the caspase-9 expression and help hair regrowth. How to use Capixyl Bontress Pro® Hair Serum
- Bontress Pro® hair serum must be applied when the hair and scalp are completely dry
- 2ml of hair serum is to be used once a day
- Every 10 pumps dispense 2ml of hair serum
- Pump out about 2ml of Bontress Pro® hair serum onto the palms
- Part the hair in several rows such that the serum is applied evenly on the scalp
- Apply the serum all over the scalp with the help of fingertips
- Wash hands with soap and water after the application
- Bontress Pro works well when it is left to dry completely
- Make sure to apply it at least 1-2 hours before going to bed
- Don’t wash off at least for 3 hours
