WHAT IS SASLIC DS SALICYLIC ACID 2 FACE WASH
Saslic DS Foaming Face Wash (salicylic acid 2 face wash) is a skincare product which is manufactured by Cipla Pharmaceuticals. This is a topical facewash cleanser designed to get rid of excess oil, dirt, and makeup remnants. Saslic DS Foaming Face Wash contains Salicylic Acid 2% as a key ingredient. Salicylic Acid is an exfoliating agent that helps unclog pores and prevent possible breakouts. It is also slightly drying, so the daily use of skin care products with Salicylic Acid may reduce the excess oiliness of the skin. Saslic DS® Foaming Face Wash is indicated and perfectly suitable for daily cleansing of the face in patients with oily and acne-prone skin type.
Salicylic Acid is a BHA beta-hydroxy acid with comedolytic, keratolytic, and hemolytic properties. It acts by making the epidermal cells peel off more readily, which allows new cells to grow, prevents pores from clogging up, and provides pore respiration. Getting deep inside the pore, Salicylic Acid opens it and forces skin sebum drainage while restoring the natural spatial structure. It also has a mild antiseptic effect.
Salicylic acid, the primary constituent of Saslic DS Salicylic acid 2 percent Face Wash, is a topical medication used to treat and prevent pimples. It may also be used to treat certain skin disorders such as rashes, dandruff, corns, warts of the hands or feet, psoriasis, etc. This medicine should not be used to treat genital warts, warts on the face, warts with hair growing from them, warts in the nose or mouth, moles, or birthmarks.
HOW TO USE SASLIC DS SALICYLIC ACID 2% FOAMING FACE WASH
Saslic DS Salicylic Acid 2% Foaming Face Wash is normally applied to the skin twice daily, preferably in the morning and at bedtime. Use abrasive soap or cleansers, alcohol-containing preparations, products containing benzoyl peroxide, resorcinol, sulfur or topical retinoids with caution while applying Saslic DS Foaming Face Wash. These may increase the keratolytic properties of Salicylic Acid.
- Soak your face with warm water.
- Take 1 ml of the solution of the foam and gently massage it over your wet and warm face avoiding your eyes and surrounding areas.
- Leave it on the skin for 1 minute.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
- Be aware, that after quitting Saslic DS® Foaming Face Wash usage breakouts and excess skin oiliness may come back.
