Nexna® tablet contains N-Acetyl Cysteine, Inositol, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Chromium Picolinate, Zinc Gluconate. Nexna® tablet improves insulin resistance and hormonal imbalance thereby brings improvement in constituents of syndrome-X.
