Palsons Derma has its manufacturing base in Kolkata, India, which is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, skilled technical personnel, and a fully motivated and dedicated workforce, conversant with the current quality requirements. The plant is fully air-conditioned with an HVAC facility and state-of-the-art machinery. All machines are with the latest GMP standard machinery to enable manufacturing with practically no chance of contaminations.

The site is equipped with Bulk Manufacturing Vessels that can produce different semisolid forms like Ointments, Gels, Creams, and Solutions and Lotions in the same setup. This superior machinery also helps in making presentable packing that is hygienic and attracts customers.

Rapid growth in demand for Palsons Derma formulations has necessitated further planning for the expansion of production capacity. A 7-acre industrial plot at Gurap, in the Eastern fringe of Calcutta has already been applied for with the competent authority.

The quality management policy covers all aspects such as manufacturing, storage, and/or distribution of pharmaceutically active substances, bulk formulations, packaged sales goods as well as physician samples. The Quality Assurance confirms the adherence of approved Standard Operating Procedures by all departments as well as the consistency in the manufacturing of cosmeceutical products in compliance with the cGMP and cGLP requirements and regulations as laid down by the WHO & ISO or and other contemporary Regulatory Authority.

Quality Control: quality control is an essential operation of the Cosmetics industry. Products must be marketed as safe formulations whose performance is consistent and predictable. The Quality performance of the Products is backed by a sophisticated and state-of-the-art Laboratory of our own. The spacious Laboratory is fully air-conditioned having a separate Air Handling System in Microbiology Section.

The Quality Control section has been equipped with highly technical personnel as well as the latest analytical equipment in order to standardize our products to meet the highest levels of perfection.
