Return & Refund Policy in short:

  • Contact before returning any items first.
  • You can return the product within 14 days from date of receiving if it is undamaged and unopened.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
  • If a package is unclaimed customer have to pay for shipping and a handling fee.

Orders fulfilled by always shipped only to Shipping Address of the customer, provided by the customer during the order process in site. It’s Customer responsibility to provide us with true, verified and right shipping address. Customer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint. We are solving any issues from our side.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. Not used and not opened. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Returning A Package is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Any delivery problems can not be connected with because we are using 3rd party curriers and shippers (EMS Express, Global Express etc).

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to shipping comapny or us. Don’t accept such a parcel, it is not our responsibility, its your right to not accept such a damaged parcel from transport company. The best solution is to not accept such a damaged packaging and make a reclamation in the name of transport company.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
