Diclofenac topical (for the skin) is used to treat joint pain caused by osteoarthritis. Diclofenac topical is for use on the hands, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, or feet. Diclofenac topical may not be effective in treating arthritis pain elsewhere in the body. Diclofenac topical may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Diclofenac works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation. Nacnano Gel is used to treat joint pain caused by arthritis in the hands, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, or feet. Nacnano Gel may not be effective in treating arthritis pain elsewhere in the body. Nacnano Gel is a smooth, nongreasy gel with a light fragrance that goes away shortly after it is applied. Take some Nacnano gel and apply to the affected joint, massage to ensure appropriate application.
