So after reading all these reviews it seems that most people have been steered into the wrong direction being told or advised to use Melatonin for Insomnia. Melatonin is a hormone that people who struggle to fall asleep at bedtime do not produce enough of. This Is very different from insomnia. Also, people are taking big dosages and using synthetic Melatonin, then having side effects. I have been giving Melatonin to my daughter for only a week now and the change has been amazing. Her behavior has improved as has her falling asleep and feelings of anxiety. I will only be giving her Melatonin at a dose of 1mg for another week and then I will stop and see if she can manage without it. Please use it in small doses and wisely, it’s not for insomnia.

I was having a difficult time getting a good night’s sleep and would wake up in the morning feeling as if I had not had a sufficient amount. I have always been a light sleeper and the least little noise would cause me to wake thus interrupting my sleep. My brother suggested I try melatonin as it had very much helped him. I ordered a supply of 3 mg. doses over the internet at okdermo and I will say the results have been remarkable. Using half a tablet an hour before bedtime does the trick, a great uninterrupted sleep!

I am a recent widow and have had difficulty sleeping. The ‘PM’ drugs left me groggy in the mornings! I tried Melatonin and have been sleeping very well.
