Diclofenac Diethylamine 1,16% – is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammatory diseases such as gout. It is applied to the skin. Improvements in pain typically occur within half an hour and last for as much as eight hours. Diclofenac reduces inflammation while Methyl Salicylate and Menthol penetrate deep into the affected area and act as mellow or mild analgesics.
Eucalyptus oil 5% – Eucalyptus oil helps to reduce pain and inflammation related to many conditions. It might also be useful to individuals experiencing back torment or pain or those recovering from joint or muscle damage.
Oleoresin Capsicum 0.075% – aka Capsaicin is most commonly applied to the painful or affected area such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, migraine, etc. Neuralgia is a pain that comes from the nerves near the surface of your skin. This pain may occur after an infection with herpes zoster (shingles or postherpetic neuralgia). Capsaicin will help relieve the pain of postherpetic neuralgia, but it will not cure the condition.
Camphor 2% has a wide variety of topical uses because of its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It very well may be utilized to treat skin conditions, improve respiratory function, and relieve pain.
Methyl Salicylate 10% – is used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles/joints (e.g., arthritis, backache, sprains). Menthol and methyl salicylate are known as counterirritants. They work by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm. These feelings on the skin distract you from feeling the aches/pains deeper into your muscles, joints, and tendons.
Menthol 5% – Topical analgesic, Menthol has local anesthetic and counterirritant qualities, and it is widely used to relieve minor throat irritation. Menthol can help soothe muscle in joint pain temporarily, in many areas of the body and for many ailments. Some things it can help with are low back pain, arthritis, delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

I have started using Voltaren gel for hand pain (arthritis) and it works pretty well. But in a year it stopped being so effective and I tried and totally switched to Painheal gel from okdermo! I am happy with it, thank you for bringing relief
Linda –
I had chronic pain in my neck, from working a minimum of 10 hours on the computer. Couldn’t even push when I went to the toilet. I had gravity do all the work. 🙁 3 years of everyday pain. I had all the tests done (MRIs, CT scans), and all the treatments (physical therapy, acupuncture, massages, suction cups, muscle relaxers pills, anti-inflammatory pills, etc). the only thing that worked till now, were codeine pills. Until I found out about Painheal, yesterday! I can’t believe it! I’m pain-free since last night! I feel reborn! I was reading the other comments, about it costing $2000 dollars??!! That’s insane. I bought it here at okdermo for several euros. 5 stars!
