Main components of Depigmentation Cream Menrox®
Boswellin Super – Boswellia (BAs) are pentacyclic triterpenes, with strong anti-inflammatory activity, extracted from the gum resins of the tropical tree Boswellia serrata that grows in India and Africa. Until recently, work on Boswellia focussed on the immunomodulatory properties of the resin. In numerous clinical trials and in vitro and in vivo studies Boswellia acids are found to exert significant anti-inflammatory and pro-apoptotic activity. The mechanism of action in hyperpigmentation is not clear although, but quite effective when used topically.
Baobab Extract – baobab is packed with antioxidants. This prized oil contains Vitamins A and E, as well as 9 essential fatty acids. It blends flawlessly into whitening skincare formulations and absorbs easily into the skin.
Beta-Glucan: is a natural high-molecular-weight polysaccharide naturally occurring in the cell walls of cereals, yeast, bacteria, and fungi. It is derived from mushrooms and is different than beta-glucan from oat, barley or other plants. Dissolved in water and glycerin. Does not contain a preservative. Serves as ‘protect and repair’ molecule as it increases natural self- protecting capabilities of the skin and also accelerates skin recovery. Due to its high molecular weight, it also has a good water-binding capacity and therefore moisturizing effects. Has been shown to stimulate collagen production in-vitro and can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
